Delivery & Returns
Your order will be delivered to Cargo within a maximum of 3 working days after the day you place your order, and within 7 working days for your Pay at Door order. Shipping is not available on weekends and during public holidays. You can follow the order submission steps in the My Orders section in the My Account section.
For Your Order Cancellation Requests:
If your order is in Preparation If your product has not yet been delivered to Cargo Authorities, you can report it by calling our customer service at 0216 325 74 67 or by sending an e-mail to [email protected]ı.com. Your order will be canceled within the day.
Your returned product will be examined by Trend Malzemeleri officials and it will be investigated whether it meets the return conditions. The return of products that comply with the return procedures will be approved, and the product fee will be deposited to your bank within 10 business days. The reflection of this fee on your account can take 7-15 business days as required by bank procedures.
• The product (s) must be sent to us in its original packaging undamaged, unused and undamaged as a result of a misuse.
• You must absolutely send the sales invoice of the product.
• If the invoice of the product is corporate, the amount in the invoice is changed or refunded, without including the cargo share, provided that the upper group is not used in underwear and swimwear.
• Underwear, silicone bras and corsets are not changed for hygiene reasons.
• For products that are required to be operated electronically by the authorized service, the service failure record form or the authorized service report must be sent together with the product. For such products, the return will result negatively without a service report.
• The customer is obliged to return the product as it was delivered to him and to compensate for the loss of the commercial value of the product due to use.
